Before it's too late ....
1.-Gaspar Llamazares has expressed its confidence in the process of the Ninth Assembly, taking into account the shortcomings gotten in the census of members, girls and the lack of consensus among members of the 'Commission unit. 2.-All of this, even admitting that the current census adopted have improved their reliability and that the work of the Commission Unitary has been excellent so far have allowed the existing circumstances.
3.-Most of the proposals, statements or documents submitted for discussion at the ninth meeting, recognize that IU situation demands the opening of a constituent process or reestablishment. This process requires a first phase of clarification ideological, strategic and programmatic permits, in a second phase, open the possibility for participation and the incorporation of groups, parties, groups or persons from the broad left in our country and who consider UI a useful tool for transformation of society. 4 .-
At present, at this stage of discussion of UI, there must be a priority choice of a coordinator and a general direction for the next three or four years. Schemes struggle for internal power sharing should be parked. The effort now lies in achieving active participation as possible of the entire activist base for IU relaunch, to identify and prepare for the dialogue with society. 5.-
Unfortunately, what we have seen, and is everyone's responsibility, is a joint inbreeding process and manifest lists above, led by leaders ever, in the idea of \u200b\u200b"winning" the internal battle assembly. Along with this, a process of administrative-bureaucratic, linked to the quotas and census records, linked also to the scheme of internal power sharing.
6 .- Most of the militants want a shared solution that will lift the UI has structural crisis and prepare to open society and build ability of alternatives and social mobilization. The context of general political and economic crisis we live in demands it makes us more objectively necessary . We can not lose the opportunity. The Ninth Assembly must be a "show" unity and in our commitment to serve the citizens, for offering to be an instrument of participation. - GOAL OF THIS MEETING PRIORITY SHOULD BE TO ADOPT STRATEGY POLICY, PARTNERSHIPS AND PROGRAM, THE PROPOSALS TO THE ECONOMIC CRISIS AND POLICY COUNTRY AS WELL AS THE BASIS FOR AN OPEN NEW PERIOD OR CONSTITUENT Refoundation IU.
- THE NINTH MEETING SHOULD CHOOSE BY CONSENSUS AMONG ALL / AS A REPRESENTATIVE COORDINATOR (which would have a spokesmen) DIRECTS THE EXPRESS lead this process of getting re , SECTORS CALLING ALL SOCIAL GROUPS, PARTIES , GROUPS AND PEOPLE OF THE PLURAL LEFT IN JOINTLY DEVELOP THE IDEA OF A "common agenda."
- THIS TASK SHOULD BE DONE IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE MOBILIZATION PROCESS THAT HAS TO DRIVE IU CRISIS AGAINST ECONOMIC, POLITICAL, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL EXISTING. AND BE BOUND TO ITS DEVELOPMENT ALL PLANNED REGIONAL ORGANIZATIONS, local assemblies, parliamentarians, mayors and Councillor IU
- culminate with a relaunch of IU IN THE BROADER SENSE IN A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF ONE YEAR. THE FRUIT OF A NEW ORGANIZATION SHOULD BE MORE EXTENSIVE AND PLURAL ALTERNATIVE AND MORE CAPACITY.
